1. Who we are

BOXIN’s website, myboxin.com, is operated by 中山市粤轨照明科技有限公司, based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for how we collect and use the personal information described in this notice.

2. Inquiries and correspondence

Our inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address and country or target market. You can also provide your product interests, estimated quantity and requirements. We receive this information and any subsequent correspondence you send us.

We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and discuss requested products or orders. The required fields help us understand and respond to your request.

Please do not submit payment-card details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

3. Website operation and optional analytics

Our hosting and security services may process technical connection information and service logs needed to deliver, maintain and protect the website.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use. Analytics records page views, email and WhatsApp contact-link clicks, and returns from the inquiry form. A form return does not verify that the submission was accepted by the form service or delivered by email. Google also receives standard visit and device information such as approximate location, browser and device details, language, screen size and session activity, along with technical connection information including your IP address when Analytics runs.

Our Google Analytics tag does not load before you accept analytics. We do not send inquiry-form contents, including names, email addresses or messages, to Google Analytics. Our implementation removes query strings and URL fragments from page addresses sent to Analytics and clears the page-referrer value.

Google Analytics uses cookies and related identifiers to distinguish visitors and sessions. Cookie lifetimes depend on the applicable settings and browser behavior and are separate from the Analytics data-retention periods below.

You can accept or reject analytics and change your choice through “Privacy settings” on the website. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage until you change it or clear that site data. Use Privacy settings on the homepage to review or change your choice.

Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics collection by this website. It does not automatically delete information already collected. You can also use your browser’s settings to remove cookies and other stored site data.

4. Services that process information

We use:

• OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites to host and operate the website.
• FormSubmit.co to process inquiry-form submissions and deliver them to our email inbox.
• Google’s Gmail service to receive, store and manage inquiry emails.
• Google Analytics for optional website analytics.

FormSubmit may present a Google reCAPTCHA spam check after you submit an inquiry. This security check is separate from optional Analytics and may use cookies and technical signals regardless of your Analytics choice.

If you contact us through an external service such as WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own privacy terms.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law.

5. How long information is retained

Unsuccessful inquiries: We retain inquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last contact about the inquiry, then delete it.

Orders: If an inquiry results in an order, we retain relevant correspondence and order records for business and legal purposes, including fulfilling and documenting the transaction and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements.

FormSubmit: Its published documentation currently states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. This is separate from copies delivered to our email inbox.

Google Analytics: Our configured retention periods are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. New activity resets the retention period for a user identifier, so it may be retained longer than 14 months from the first visit. Google applies deletion through its retention processes. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports or determine browser-cookie expiration.

6. International processing

Our business is based in China, and we use international service providers. Your information may be processed in China and in other countries where these providers operate. Privacy laws can differ between countries.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose whether to send an inquiry and whether to allow optional Analytics. If you do not provide the information needed to respond, we may be unable to handle your inquiry.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant privacy authority.

To make a request, email wangyshuai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and assess the request under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.

We may update this notice when our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
